An expression of interest, referral or nomination does not create an expectation of appointment. IOWL considers the perspective required by the Council, current balance, relevance to Calibre questions and the prospective contributor's capacity to add independent scrutiny.
Distinctive expertise or experience; independent thought; international or contextual perspective; capacity to engage constructively; Council balance; and respect for IOWL's independence and intellectual-property boundaries.
