Its systemic architecture connects Positive Value Leadership, 24 defined Positive Values, structured development, reflective assessment, Calibre Credits, professional standing and Perpetual Calibre Development across education, work and society.

About 100 words

IOWL entered its institutional operating phase in 2016 after several years of development around the gap between increasing human capability and dependable judgement; the current operating Community Interest Company was incorporated in Northern Ireland in 2018. The work has reached users in 185+ countries. IOWL applies the same architecture across employability, workforce performance, productivity, integrity, leadership, AI and wider societal responsibility.

Institutional development and funding

IOWL was built to make a difference before maximising revenue. Its development sequence is Difference → Impact → Surplus → Legacy.

Founder-backed development

For approximately a decade, founder investment and support from associated commercial activity, including Vantage Insight, helped fund the development of IOWL's architecture, platform and operating activity while substantial access was made available without charge. This supported international reach across 185+ countries and applied institutional activity including Rwanda.

IOWL is operated by One World Leadership C.I.C. Corporate identifiers, registered office, VAT registration, ICO registration, D-U-N-S® Number and professional advisers are published on the Corporate & Legal Information page. The development model is set out on Development, Funding & Legacy.
