IOWL adds a whole-workforce Calibre lens: strengthen tomorrow's entrants while also reaching the people already producing today's performance. IOWL develops Calibre as a complementary dimension alongside Capability and Competency. Its architecture connects the Axiological Pyramid, six Positive Value Exemplars containing 24 Positive Values, Positive Value Leadership pathways, Reflective Transformation, assessed Calibre Credits, professional standing, the Passport of Probity™ and Perpetual Calibre Development. The work has reached users in 185+ countries. IOWL applies the same architecture across employability, workforce performance, productivity, integrity, leadership, AI and wider societal responsibility.
