Membership & Community Office | Opportunities

Help make IOWL membership feel connected, responsive and alive

The Membership & Community Office supports member experience, community activity, engagement and network development. Two complementary opportunities are currently open.

One office, two different contributions

These roles sit within the same office but are not interchangeable. One is primarily concerned with the quality and judgement of member support; the other with participation, connection and the vitality of the member community.

What both roles require. Clear written communication, sound judgement, reliability, discretion, confidence working digitally, respect for different cultures and contexts, and the ability to know when to resolve something directly and when to route or escalate it. IOWL values relevant lived professional experience ahead of credentials alone.
