Professional standing pathways
Foundation, Keystone and Capstone are the main professional recognition routes. They are the pathways most directly linked to IOWL certified standing, Calibre Credits™ and the Passport of Probity™.
Certified Associate of IOWL — AIOWL
For graduates, early-career professionals, new recruits, aspiring managers and those ready to evidence the foundations of calibre and integrity.
Certified Member of IOWL — MIOWL
For managers, professionals, team leaders, developing leaders and those already carrying meaningful responsibility or influence.
Certified Fellow of IOWL — FIOWL
For senior professionals, senior managers, executives, founders, directors and established leaders with wider stewardship responsibilities.
Introductory and preparation routes
Where a learner is not yet ready for certified professional standing, introductory Positive Value Leadership™ routes may support preparation. BPC100 Basal may lead to a Statement of Aspiration, and BAC200 Bedrock may lead to a Statement of Intent. These introductory routes do not award Calibre Credits™.
What successful learners can evidence
IOWL records help learners move from assertion to evidence. The graduate, employee or professional no longer has to say only “I am values-led”. They can evidence progression in calibre, judgement and integrity.
Passport of Probity™
A portable record of IOWL standing and progression, supporting employability, professional profiles and continuing development conversations.
Statement of Professional Standing
Confirms the learner's certified standing in Calibre and Integrity, such as Certified Associate, Certified Member or Certified Fellow of IOWL.
Statement of Calibre Credits™
Records Calibre Credits™ awarded by the Global Institute for Calibre & Integrity™ where the learner passes the relevant assessment requirements.
Statement of Aspiration, Calibre and Integrity
Normally linked to BPC100 Basal. It records the learner's aspiration to engage with the principles and exemplars of Positive Value Leadership™. It is introductory and does not award Calibre Credits™.
Statement of Intent, Calibre and Integrity
Normally linked to BAC200 Bedrock. It records the learner's intent to continue developing values-led judgement and integrity. It is preparatory and does not award Calibre Credits™.

How fees are presented
Creating an Aspirant learner account is available at no fee. Certified Positive Value Leadership™ pathways have course fees, shown on each pathway page according to country, currency, intake and eligibility.

Perpetual Calibre Development™
Certified standing is not the end of the IOWL journey. Perpetual Calibre Development™ is the continuing commitment to sustain and deepen calibre, integrity, reflection, judgement and positive values-led conduct over time.
PCD™ helps distinguish IOWL recognition from a one-off certificate. It supports a lifelong record of calibre development, professional reflection and continuing responsibility.
